When installed in a producing well, the technology does not increase the potential of the well. However, it allows the well to more closely follow its natural decline curve and produce more consistently. Consistent production is achieved by changing the fluid properties such that paraffin commonly remains soluble, asphaltenes continue to be dispersed, calcium carbonate crystal polymorphs change and/or remain more soluble, and the oil/water interfacial tension is changed affecting emulsions, oil carryover, and tank bottoms.

No, the technology will not remove paraffin. Once paraffin has come out of solution, energy is required to put it back into solution. This requires more energy than is emitted by the material.
The products reduce the amount of paraffin alkane chains present in the produced fluids, they do not always reduce them to the point where the crystallization of the paraffin can be prevented entirely. In those cases where the paraffin alkane chains are still present, the rate at which paraffin forms slows and allows for longer periods of time between remediation.

We do not have scientific data to support treating paraffin at surface. We have proven the materials conditions the oil for paraffin before it crystallizes and deposits due to the temperature and pressure drop as it comes from the reservoir to the surface.
The product capacities are based upon barrels of oil per day (BOPD) when the goal is to change the oil properties. When the products are deployed to change water properties, the products can be rated for barrels of water per day.
Yes, you can. Simply add the capacity of the products together to increase capacity. As the well depletes, it is not uncommon for users to redeploy equipment to another well and thus reduce customer’s capital expenditures.
When running the products, it is recommended to start with a clean well so our products can help to keep it clean.
Provided the well is a candidate, yes it will. Workover frequency will typically decrease as will the need for downhole chemicals, hot oiling and knife cutting, downhole heaters, flowline cleaning, and surface facility maintenance. Also, the environmental risk due to chemicals is reduced and environmental regulatory compliance is made easier for our customers.
Wellhead oil samples should be obtained before the Avenger products are installed. In this way, a baseline of the oil properties can be established. Another wellhead sample is pulled after installation. A third-party laboratory analysis of the before and after API gravity, percent paraffin, percent asphaltenes, cloud point, and pour point are compared to provide independent empirical data. Another source of empirical data is the production trends of the well before and after installation. However, these trends can take time to become statistically significant.
It is not uncommon to also see differences in videos of the wellhead fluid samples before and after installation. And finally, field personnel can provide feedback about well performance and surface production facility experiences.

Aluminum is used in the Avenger series product line. However, based upon customer feedback and expert advice, where aluminum is used, Revelant has a patent pending design feature which shields the aluminum from downhole fluids including hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and brines which are detrimental to aluminum alloys.
The Revelant different materials are not magnetic or nuclear, they do not use radio frequency, they are not “charged” nor are they externally powered.
